New photos show the faded King of Pop wearing pajamas and being pushed around a Las Vegas bookstore in a wheelchair with his three children.
“He looks really frail,” said photographer Mike Lopez, who captured several images of Jacko. “His skin was peeling and . . . he looks so thin and gaunt.”
Jackson, 49, showed up wearing pajamas and slippers and spent about two hours Monday inside a Barnes & Noble store in Sin City.
He browsed through children’s books and CDs while the kids sat separately at a reading table.
The one-time chart-topping star wore a black scarf to cover most of his face, a surgical-style mask and a Marines baseball cap.
“He didn’t look well,” Lopez said.
Jackson and the kids - Prince I, 11; daughter Paris, 10; and Prince II, 6 - left separately. Workers carted a box of books into their waiting SUV.
It’s unclear if Jackson has some new health worries, but he has claimed he has skin problems that force him to cover himself at all times.
