Glen Loyd is a spokesman for the state Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. He says people who sign up by Sunday will be on the July 1 no-call list. Otherwise they have to wait until the October list comes out.

Loyd says he can never remember when he signed up so he just signs up every year. He advises people not to wait until the last minute. He says the agency gets as many as 100,000 registrations in one day, which bogs the system down.
